COMMON RENTAL QUESTIONS
CAN I SWAP OUT SIGNS FROM ONE PACKAGE TO ANOTHER?
Each package is rented as a whole, however, if you are renting the Gold package, for instance, you may add signs individually from the Platinum or Diamond Packages for an additional $12 per sign.* Signs/props from the Polaroid Package may not be rented individually.
*The following signs may be rented in addition to a package for $18:
- Customized Parking Signs (set of 2)
- Large "Mr. & Mrs." head-table sign
CAN I RENT SIGNS INDIVIDUALLY?
Yes! You may create your own package. Each sign may be rented a la carte for $12 each, unless otherwise marked.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations will be refunded 50% of total payment.
DO YOU HAVE OPTIONS OTHER THAN A STAINED BACKGROUND?
All signs are also available with a white or metallic pearl background. Since we haven't had any orders for those yet, we don't have them made, but we would LOVE for you to pioneer with us! In fact, we would love your input as we design!
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Assuming your wedding is planned for the weekend, signs may be picked up on Thursday, and must be returned by the following Tuesday.
