With a love for designing custom signs, Kelly will send multiple drafts for your committee to review and choose from.

THE DETAILS.
HOW MANYÂ GUESTSÂ DO I NEED TO BE CONSIDERED A "LARGE GROUP"?
Groups must have at least 30 participants to receive the Large Group Discounts. Groups with fewer than 20 guests may request a guided party.

What happens if I expect 30 guests to sign up, but we fall short?
You have 2 options:
1. Opt for DIY Kits, while still receiving the discounted rates. In this case, your party would not be guided by Kelly, but rather be given online instructions to follow. Groups must have at least 20 guests to qualify for this option.
2. Pay regular rates, and still have your party guided by Kelly.

300 max. guests per session.
WHAT DESIGNS CAN I OFFER MY GROUP?
Kelly will make 2 Custom Designs (up to 8 words) for you to offer your group without an extra fees. If you have a theme verse that's longer than 8 words, she may be able to shorten it or pick out key words to make a design. She'll give you drafts to review and choose from.

ORDERING
Most large groups like to give their guests design options. In this case, We'll create a personalized shop on our website where your guests can pre-order their designs.
PAYMENT
Will guests cover their own costs? If so, they'll simply pay when they order online.

If your organization is covering full or partial costs, we'll create a PROMO CODE for your guests to use, which will adjust their rate. Once all orders are in, we'll send you a bill for the difference.
